Group Therapy

Connection, growth, and shared experience

The Value of Group Work

Group therapy offers something that individual therapy cannot fully replicate: the experience of being known and accepted within a community of others. In a well-led therapy group, members discover that their struggles are not as unique or shameful as they may have believed, and that genuine connection — even with people they have just met — can be profoundly healing.

Process groups, in particular, focus on what happens between people in the room — the patterns, feelings, and relational dynamics that emerge in real time. This kind of work can illuminate the ways we relate to others in our everyday lives and open up new possibilities for connection and change.

Group work can be a powerful complement to individual therapy, or a meaningful therapeutic experience on its own.

Interested in Group Work?

I periodically offer therapy and process groups designed to provide a supportive environment for deeper personal growth, greater self-understanding, and meaningful connection with others. Group offerings change throughout the year. If you are interested in participating in a future group, please contact me to learn about upcoming opportunities.
